RESTORED:  The building has been restored in a very careful manner that keeps the unique original look and feel and charm, really setting The Vurpillat apart from any other local hotels, businesses and buildings in the area. 

LOCATION:  The Vurpillat is in the best location in Hermosa Beach, right on the Strand (waterfront) for quick beach access. It is perfectly positioned in Hermosa Beach just three short blocks south of the famous Pier Plaza shops and restaurants, just far enough away to be tranquil and calm at home in a residential setting.  Being sandwiched between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach, a short walk or bike ride north or south gets you to another pier and a whole other set of shops and restaurants.
